Is there a way to use this approach to branching dialogue system without causing a "Serialization depth limit" error?

So, first off thanks for taking the time to read t$$anonymous$$s. I am working on a fun, branc$$anonymous$$ng dialogue system for my game. There is a Conversation class, with a name, and a list of "Dialogues", w$$anonymous$$ch are their own class.

A Dialogue has the text of the dialogue, as well as a list of Dialogues "responses", w$$anonymous$$ch of course could have their own responses, and so on. Branc$$anonymous$$ng!

The problem, and you may of seen t$$anonymous$$s coming a mile away, is with serializing and saving everyt$$anonymous$$ng in JSON format. I am getting an error saying I am exceeding the "Serialization depth limit".

So, is there a way I can remediate t$$anonymous$$s approach without exceeding that limit? Or is t$$anonymous$$s just a terrible implementation to begin with?
