Unity prefab corruptings/not saving info

Hello, basically from months when I open my project, it happens that some prefabs deletes all the reference from the scripts connected and I get all the errors from the console because the script can't find the references anymore, it's really strange because when I click on the bugged prefabs I see that in the scripts connected there are no reference but when I go inside the prefab all the reference come back and i just re-save to overwrite the prefab and it fixes for the session, but when i re-open the projects it happens again, it's really annoying and make me always lose a lot of time, do you have any idea why this is happening?
