Odd mesh melding when building

For an unbeknownst to me reason, meshes and materials seem to blend together when playing in a built version. This is the latest unity LTS. A picture of the scene is attached, as well as a video of the bug.

As you can see, when rotating, the ground changes materials, and all the objects besides the floor and the orange tower turn invisible (the colliders are still active).

Any ideas?
