Unity 2021 LTS Resolving Packages

Hello, I've recently shifted from 2020.3 LTS to 2021 LTS.
Whenever I create a new Project in 2021 LTS, it doesn't open. It says Resolving Packages and it's just stuck there.
When I checked the Status of Unity Editor in the Task Manager, Unity seems to be Not Responding. alt text
