Project broken?

Hi, today unity crashed while I was working on a project. Version LTS 2021.3.16f1

I restarted the editor and now any old project I had on the pc that I try to open, produces the effect you can see in the screenshot. If I try to start a fresh new project, it works.

This is what I tried to do:

1) reinstall both hub and unity. 2) delete library folder in the projects.

Both didn't work.

I'm worried all my current projects are compromised.. At the moment I made a backup of the projects and I'm thinking of restarting the ones I've been working on by importing all the assets again, but if the scenes are broken I'll have to do a lot of work in the editor..

Is there anything else I can try? I'm thinking of trying to reset the entire pc, maybe something broke in the system..
