Xcode build error: The code signature version is no longer supported.

hello, I'm trying to build a game to test it on my phone using Xcode, when I tried it the Xcode project was missing the unityads.xcframework file so I manually downloaded it and added it. Now when I run it build succeeded is displayed and 5 seconds later it says "unable to install -app name", and clicking on more details shows this error: "The code signature version is no longer supported.". I've been looking for 2 days and I can't find it please help.
