Get which pixel of the texure the mouse is over, in editor scripting

The more context you give, the better. Is it 2D/3D? Is the texture on a UI element? Is the texture mapped 1 to 1 with the surface height/width that it’s on?

To expand on these questions:

If the texture is mapped to a GameObject/Renderer/Material, does the GameObject happen to have a Mesh Collider? (This would/could alleviate the need for the texture to be mapped 1:1 with, for instance, a quad).
