Unloading asset bundles causes losing materials

I got some troubles when unloading an asset bundle. After unloading, materials of an instantiated prefab are lost.

 // Load an asset bundle from cache
 WWW request = WWW.LoadFromCacheOrDownload(m_urlPath, 1);
 yield return request;
 AssetBundle bundle = request.assetBundle;
 if (bundle != null)
 {
     GameObject obj = Instantiate(bundle.mainAsset);

     bundle.Unload(false);
 }

If I comment out the code of unloading the asset bundle, nothing goes wrong. Does anyone know what happened ?
