Mediatek MTK6516 ARM9 With Unity?

Hi, first of all I was looking for a reasonably cheap android developer phone, I came across these android clone phones from c$$anonymous$$na that pack a Mediatek processor, with a lot of google searc$$anonymous$$ng, I found that t$$anonymous$$s processor is ARM9, I was wondering if t$$anonymous$$s would be compatible with Unity or if it could at least run Unity Remote? If not, would you have any suggestions on a good, reasonably priced android phone that can be used for development? (no contract phone)
