Question by Robert Sarosi · Jun 27, 2010 at 06:48 AM · physicsrigidbodymouse

Tray and cup. How to?

I like to put a rigidbody cup on a rigidbody tray (like a moving platform). The tray is moved by mouse. If I put the cup on the tray and try to move the tray the cup always slide and not connected to the tray. The cup must slope and fall if the trays force is too high.

I tried to figure out 2D platform tutorial where the character stays on the moving platform perfectly but I have still no idea.

Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

Try using physics materials with much higher friction values on them

I had the exact same problem, go to http://itween.pixelplacement.com/, download i tween, move it into your project folder and look at the tutorials on the site, the will be very helpful and its better the the unity animation system. The link IS http://itween.pixelplacement.com/

If this Helps press the up arrow above the 0 :)
