when i use Skin , polys of character flip

hi , i use MAX 2012 and Biped for animations(+ Skin modify) , after export to UNITY (FBX) ,when import polys of character Flip !!! but it doesn't has any problem in 3ds MAX.

when i export character without Skin Modify (non animations), polys not Flip ,same 3DS max scene.

!!!!!!!! I don't have Idea...please guide me.
