Replace Graphics with inserted picture

Basically we waant to make a dunk tank game for the iphone/ipad/ipod and we want to be able to take a picture wile in-game and replace the picture of the head we have with the picture the user takes with his i device we have experience in xcode and unity both but we cant find a good awser. thanks guys email me if you want, kylerjquinn@hotmail.com
