I need a super basic tutorial, I'm a beginner.

Question

I just downloaded Untiy and I can't wait to get started. My goal it to make a 2d/3d side-scroller for Ipod/Iphone. I'm already pretty good at Blender so I have the modeling covered. What I would like is a beginners tutorial that explains allot about the interface and how to work the program and maybe gives a few example projects. Thank you SO much for the help!

revelopment.co.uk < this site is quite cool.. it teaches u how to use touchFunctions to rotate and drag...

i just know some of the sites...

try searching more on the web which satisfies your needs..

search ALL the TUTORIALS...!!!!

There are some great tutorials at 3dbuzz.com, I believe some of them require subscription, but there are good free tutorials. Also, check out the lerp platformer at the unity site.

Check out the basic Unity videos (here).

Then use the Lerpz tutorial provided by Unity. (here) I used the tutorial to get started.
