i want to help touch functionalities for android how will i do that ??

I have actually two problems, i want to solve them 1. I tried a lot to set the camera view to perspective view but i cannot set the angle of the camera ?? whenever i do that the ground that is outside the terrain field also comes into view, my terrain size 320 * 480, perspective camera projection size = 160 and i had located the camera in the center and almost 100 upward .. ?? no tell me how to do that ?? 2. I want to get touch input, where ever i clicked on some specific terrain locations on the ground it performs some functionality how would i do that ?? please let me know
