SpriteManager2 : Characters standing through plane

Hi everyone.

I am currently working on a 2.5D beat em up game. We are using SpriteManager2 to render the characters. While doing some tests, I have encountered a weird bug. Now, since an image is worth a thousand words:

This is how the prototype starts.

Now let's say I decide to go up, this happens: alt text

Zero is going through the floor.

But at some spots, I do not have this bug.

Here is the current setup of the scene:

  • The platform is only a plane.

  • The two Zeros are made of a PackedSprite script and a CharacterController

  • The camera is tilted in an angle and follows the two characters at the same time.

At first, I thought the problem was the height of the CharacterController but that didn't change anything. Also, the fact that this doesn't happen at all on some spots of the stage kind of bothers me.

Any help/hints will be appreciated.
