rounding up numbers - rotation

im applying rotation to objectA in relation to objectB. ObjectB rotates a lot sometimes and i dont want objectA to do the same but i still it want to look realistic enuf to make it seem that ObjectB is rotating ObjectA. So i was thinking about rounding up the rotation of ObjectB before applying it to ObjectA lol. Well something like that.

Please feel free to give a better approach. Thank you

Any rounding technique on its own is going to cause jitters as ObjectA switches to the next rounded break. I'm struggling to conceive of the effect you want, are you looking for a damping? Where object A will eventually have the rotation of Object B if B stops for a while?

Ok how bou to check if the rotation of z is a multiple of 5, then copy the rotation?
