Unity web player installation related questions

Hello, I consider including Unity's web player as a component in an installation file of a software which will be published soon. I'd be happy to know: 1. Is there any legal problem doing so? 2. What is the size of the zipped web player component that will be included in my installation file (in other words, how much bigger will my installation file be after this component is added to it)? 3. Is there any automatic way to have users play Unity based games if their machine doesn't have the web player installed and without asking them to confirm the installation of it in different pop-up messages and boxes?
