Model Breaking On Play

I use Blender to make models. I have a problem though. When I press play, the model moves apart and deforms. When it isn't in play it looks fine. Help?

Can you attach a screenshot so we can help diagnose the issue? Is this a skinned mesh?

Like with my fire axe, it moves parts of the mesh around and there's a hole in the middle.

By default when a 3d model is imported there is an animation component. If you didn't import animations then just delete that component, otherwise just make sure run on awake is turned off.
