unity asset store - Sorry. You are not a registered Unity Asset Store publisher

Question

I try now for ages and ages to get a unity 3D asset store publisher account. I log in via Unity 3D and when opening admin I always get this:

Sorry. You are not a registered Unity Asset Store publisher

Heck, is this a joke?

I have registered I have verified my account email I log in to Unity

but always Sorry. You are not a registered Unity Asset Store publisher Sorry. You are not a registered Unity Asset Store publisher Sorry. You are not a registered Unity Asset Store publisher Sorry. You are not a registered Unity Asset Store publisher Sorry. You are not a registered Unity Asset Store publisher

Log into here: https://assetstore.unity3d.com/ and ensure you're in the Asset Store publisher database.

but how do I become a publisher, I try everything but no working. it just keeps showing me this: No Access

You are not registered as an Asset Store Publisher.
