Is it possible to code custom particle force?

Example: wind, drag field, goal ...

yes it is possible!

You could create a script and attach it to your particle system gameobject and use the particleEmitter object for modifying your particle system.

Here is a small example for setting the x value of the localVelocity for a particle system:

gameObject.particleEmitter.localVelocity = new Vector3(10, 0, 0);

Thank you for the answer. Is the force additive? Or you just reset the velocity every time you call the script? And how can you do it per particle ?

You can loop through the particles via the ParticleEmitter.particles array and many things to them: http://unity3d.com/support/documentation/ScriptReference/ParticleEmitter-particles.html
