[Beginner] Where do I begin?

Hello I am new to Unity 3D and I have an idea for a 3rd Person Shooter; Zombie Survival Game. And I'm try to figure out where do I start first. a Couple questions on my mind for example:

Do I try and get a team?

What do you start working on first when starting a project?

How do I go about making all my scripts very efficient and not having a bunch of script to do 1 simple step?(Like is it possible to have 1 script control; the players movement, the camera movement, etc)

There are way more questions I would like to have answered but these are a few. If you can please give me more information on beginning my project I'd greatly appreciate it.

P.S. If you think your interested in joining me please email me. I'd love to have a partner.

1.if, you have lots of time on your hands you could do it yourself to save money, but a team is good because they all add ideas to your game. 2.You should start on planning laying out your project, and your graphic design. 3.you should have all of you players movement in one script try using c# and java to code i find they work the best. 4.i can help you way more if you want.

I would love to get assistance if you don't mind doing so. I'm not saying I want you to program for me, but just having somewhere there to guide me would be great. In programming its hard to find someone who is willing to help someone else when it comes to this sort of thing.
