how to make cube stay remain in place

i`m working with unity, and i placed the 3d hand with some cube. But every time my hand stop moving, the cube in unity still shaking and moving a little bit (almost unstable).

and i need help to make the cube stay remain where my hand stop. if my hand moving, so the cube is following to move.

maybe as example, can i make the cube move after (x,y,z) move > 1 ? but if Transform (x,y,z) <= 1, the cube stay remain and not going anywhere ?

sorry for my bad english.. :/ and appreciate for anyhelp.. thx..

How you are moving this 3D Hand ? Can you post the code so I can have a better idea of what you are doing ? Take care.

Your example is the easiest way to do it.

Also, whenever you stop moving the hand, if the cube is using rigidbody, reset the velocity as in: cube.rigidbody.velocity = Vector3.zero; It should stop moving unless the hand is still moving it somehow.
