Targetting iPhone 5 aspect ratio?

The iPhone 5 will be providing a new aspect ratio which I'd like to target with my game to avoid letter boxing, will unity be able to do this out of the box or will there need to be an update to make it automated?

If so what would I need to change in the xcode project to make it target the new iPhone 5 aspect ratio?

It's pillarboxing. Letterboxing is when you have black bars at the top and bottom. (This message brought to you by Nitpicks R Us.)

Well, I suppose using the vertical orientation of the phone would make the bars at the top and bottom, however I've never seen a letterbox that was taller than it was wide. ;)

I imagine it would be the same process for developing to the the other iDevices. i.e. currently check the game in 4:3 and 3:2 and see if the scene works. For a landscape orientated game, the GUI may have to be lowered. Portrait is going to be fun, you may have to consider some clipping. I have only just considered the consequences of the iPhone5's arrival! It would be interesting to see what the build player settings are in Unity 4 for Target Device (iPhone, iPhone5, iPad only?) and Target Platform (armv version), can anybody tell us?
