Does Unity support collision masks?

Does Unity support collision masks? Like bounding boxes and such?

I haven't ever heard bounding volumes referred to as 'collision masks'. What is it you're asking about exactly? (For collision masks, you might check out the collision matrix in the physics settings. As for bounding volumes, yes, Unity uses bounding boxes under the hood, and I think these can be read via scripting.)

Also, if you are referring to explicit collision masking between individual objects rather than whole layers, there is also Physics.IgnoreCollision which takes 2 colliders to ignore collision between.
