Instantiating clones of a prefab, one works the other doesnt

Hi guys, i have been trying to figure this out for a while but not sure what exactly is happening.

I have an EnemyScript that just makes a sphere translate down the y-axis this works great, however when i generate another instance of my enemy, the second one doesnt do anything.

This is my EnemySpawn script

public class EnemySpawnScript : MonoBehaviour {

     //class variables
     public GameObject enemyPrefab;//references EnemyPrefab

     public void generateEnemy()
     {

             //generate a spawn point within screen bounds

                         Vector3 position =
                         new Vector3(Random.Range(-(GameConstants.screenBoundary - 1.6f),
                             GameConstants.screenBoundary - 1.6f), 6.0f, 0.0f);
                        Instantiate(enemyPrefab, position, Quaternion.identity);

     }

 }

All this does is generates an enemy when i call the generateEnemy() function

As a test when i start my game the player just instantiates 2 enemies in its start function, this is the code i use:

  GameObject EnemySpawnObj = GameObject.FindGameObjectWithTag("enemySpawn");
         if (EnemySpawnObj != null)
         {
             EnemySpawnScript script = EnemySpawnObj.GetComponent(typeof(EnemySpawnScript)) as EnemySpawnScript;
             script.generateEnemy();//create first enemy
             script.generateEnemy();//create second enemy

         }

The first enemy moves fine does what it has to do, but the other one just doesnt seem to want to do anything. Its just stuck. I checked the clones details in the Hierarchy and it has the script and everything attached to it, i am not even checking for collisions with it, when it goes down the screen, i just move it back to the top.

any help would be appreciated Thanks in advance. If you'll would like to see what my enemyscript is doing i can post that too.
