Android Build Problems?

So I've just finished making my android game and everything works fine when running it inside unity. When I build the game and then try and play it on a mobile device it seems I get a few problems, all the text seems to be extremely small, the left and right sides of the screen are cut off and all the particle effects don't work. Is there a way to fix this?
