All compiler errors have to be fixed before you can enter playmode!

It's the only error in the console?!?

Extended version... All compiler errors have to be fixed before you can enter playmode! UnityEditor.SceneView:ShowCompileErrorNotification()

Open the console window. Top right of this window there is a link to open the log file that Unity writes to disk. Open that log, and then copy-paste the last 50 or so lines to your question. I'd fully expect there to be compile errors that you are perhaps over looking.

If you're using C# you can go into the script editor and compile directly from there and it does a better job of showing you where the errors are. I would imagine this works with the other scripting languages as well, but I've not used them so can't be sure.

If it helps, the files: "Assets/Assembly-UnityScript-firstpass.dll" "Assets/Assembly-UnityScript-firstpass.dll.mdb" are being changed when I try to build and I believe that's the issue.

Here's how it's going. If I try and build the project it breaks. If I just run the scene from the window(before building) it works fine. If I build, let it break, and then try and play from the window it doesn't work and I get the aforementioned error.
