manipulating uv vert positions/moving/storing/loading

Ok, I'm trying to figure out how to manipulate UV vertices on a basic mesh using code(csharp). Is it possible? for example, If I want to move a vertex UV to a different position, how would I accomplish that? thx!!

EDIT: I know how to move the position of the whole uv set. What I don't know is how to manipulate one vertex UV

it's actually fully explained here in example "2"

feel free to just change one of the verts, if that is what you want.
