Game models Keep going inside each other

Hey there! when i add my prop models to the scene window and position them the way i like them and start the game, the models reset there position, rotation and scale, then when i stop the game they go back to normal. I thought maybe i had the game running when i positioned then models but that isn't it. Really need help with this as i have an assignment due monday and i cant do anything with this issue!
