cant run the apk in my android phone

This is the first time I use unity... I export a .apk file and install in my phone . After it rana few seconds,it will automatically shut down the application. Here are some errors...

Failed to find:iPhoneTallHighResSplashScreen UnityEditor.DockArea:OnGUI()

Failed to find:iPhoneTallHighResSplashScreen UnityEditor.PlayerSettingsEditor:OnEnable()
