Gameobjects disappear in standalone build, but do not in editor build

When I play the game in the editor, there's no issues at all, things work fine.
But when it's built in the standalone player, there's a few particular prefabs that when instantiated, will disappear at random. They use the EXACT same scripts as all the other ones which work fine.

I'm not using occlusion culling, they're set to always animate, and the script isn't causing it. Does anyone know what could do this? Is it a file corruption?
