White Screen Problem with Unity 4

So i downloaded the Unity 4 and installed it over Unity 3. Installation seemed seemless but then when i opened it opened it having all the bars up and stuff but the screen was completely white. I reinstalled but still does the same thing. Anyway to fix this and are other people having the same problem?
