Vertical scrolbar unity android

Hey guys, im in need of acheiving vertical scrolbar to list few items w$$anonymous$$ch acts like a button performaing few actions. Im looking for ultimate smoothness like iOS native scrollbar. Im not able to make use of vertical scrollbar func available in unity for mobile development, as device accept only touch input whereas scrolbar doesnt.

So please suggest how i can ac$$anonymous$$eve the same or please suggest some good plugins with w$$anonymous$$ch i could acheive the same
