How do you make a shader property NonSerialized?

I have some runtime shader properties that is only valid while the game runs. Things like the time that i use in the shader for calculating a sinoidal wav.

How can I prevent this Time property from A) being exposed to the inspector, and B) serialized to disc since this would needlessly modify my data.

Shader "Rotate2DShader" {
    Properties {
        _MainTex ("Base (RGB)", 2D) = "white" {}
               // I would like to make 'Time' accessible only from code, not the inspector
        _Time ("Time", float) = 0.0
    }
    SubShader {
          ....
         }
