.Fbx animation is not Working in Unity

I am new in unity. I have simple walk animation in Blender and import it into the Unity but it does not working..I want when i press some button the animation will start...

You can try to make the animation in the inspector window you get by clicking on the fbx...

There you can make a frame by frame animation from your fbx animation..
