Question by Grimmy · Dec 07, 2010 at 02:20 PM · shaderterrainassetbundle

How do I find a hidden shader?

To ensure that my asset bundles which contain terrains have the correct shaders I need to have the shaders loaded with the initial scene. Currently the only way found of doing this was to create a terrain in your main build scene but this adds to the initial download size. Therefore I want to see if just adding the shader to my resource will do the trivk but as its from the tree creator the shader is hidden. hidden/nature/bla

Anyone know?

P.S..this would all be solved if unity was able to capture all the terrain shader data when an assets bundle is created.
