Model is transparent.

Hello. I saved model from Autodesk 3ds 2011 to fbx file. When I trying to add it to Unity, my model is transparent. Here are screens. Camera on one side :

So how to disable this "ghost" mode ?

In most video game engines, only one side of a polygon is rendered. This side is determined by a face's normal direction. Try flipping/recalculating the normals of your model and reimporting it. Another solution would be to use a shader that has something called backface culling enabled, but this will slow down your computer more than the normal shaders. That is a very fancy looking model, btw!
