I do not think that he is talking what game engine to develop on. I think this is just him asking the same question 3 times now about blender tuts and programs.

http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/31908/blender-tutorials ,

http://answers.unity3d.com/questions/31904/building-characters-and-props

Please do not ask essentially the same question 3 times. I gave you alternative and someone else did aswell.

For modeling programs Blender is the best one around even though it is complicated. Other Programs are 3D Studio Max, Maya, Lightwave, MilkShape 3D (More low poly work on Milkshape), and more. But they all cost an amount of money. Thats why blender is used the most because it is free. Then for details you have programs such as Zbrush, Mudscape etc.

3D Studio Max is the most used 3D Modeling program in game development aswell as Maya from my understanding. Zbrush is used frequently in games and even more as Art and Animations. Lighwave is used in movies more (Such as Iron Man etc). And milkshape is good for low poly work. These programs all do the same thing (Aside from Zbrush which is for details) but some do it better than others IMO.

If you are talking engines and I have mistaken you Unity is the best engine I have found for developing what I wanted to develop. And I am an 3D artist not a programmer and ive programed my game myself.

Please do not ask another question about Modeling programs if this is what your asking.

Peace,
