Question by BerggreenDK · Dec 18, 2010 at 01:24 AM · iosappleappstore

iOS terms - can we download levels with AI-code?

Since this came out, I've been wondering.

http://www.apple.com/pr/library/2010/09/09statement.html

Would it be okay to make an iOS game which gets approved in AppStore, that loads more level data from a webserver once you registrate and pay for it?

More specific, lets say our levels includes new graphics and new monsters. These monsters needs new AI. AI would be code, and that would violate the terms or?
