Mobile Dualstick Control with Mecanim

Can somebody tell me how to achieve this? how can i control a mecanim character with dual joysticks on android? Im tryin to figure out since the normal locomotion system came out.... there must be a way to set the joysticks as horizontal and vertical inputs ...pls help..
