3D Grappling Hook?

Hey guys,

There used to be a game me and some of my friends used to be into called "Age of Time" in this game you could used a grappling hook (seen here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ptttNmQCveU ) to grapple all around the map and just have a good time. I was wondering if there was some sort of script and model already made like this that I could use to just make some maps for my friends and I to have fun on and relive that feeling we had in the good old days.
