Yes, you can do anything you want in $$anonymous$$aya + Unity!

How exactly do you mean 'bring the characters in 2D files' ?

the point is that if i want to build a street for my game - i can do that in $$anonymous$$aya. But to build characters - i can't, im not that good(im trying to build characters based on real people so they need to look like them and to do that in $$anonymous$$aya i need to be very good). so i want to build them in flash or something like this and bring them into my scene(maybe do the animations of them in flash too)

Output your flash animations as a series of PNGs, place them on a sprite sheet and use any of the Offset scroller scripts out there.

Sprite sheet scripts:

Texture switching script:

You'll also probably need to billboard your textured planes:

Of course, combining 3D with (probably not so great)2D characters and animations will almost always end-up looking awkward (unless it's a side-scroller type of game).

It's either this or getting good enough at Modeling/ unwrapping/ texturing / hiring someone else for your characters.

Don't delete, it actually does make sense, maybe not for your original purpose, but for example, azzogat answers really gives great bunch of links that helped me improve my script.
