Orbit Collision Axis

I have some objects continuously orbiting a sphere at a fixed distance. Each have a sphere collider attached and are NOT using rigidbodies. I have detected the collisions in the OnTriggerEnter() method and I need to figure out how to allow the objects to "bounce" off one another and then start orbiting on their new axes. Does anyone have any idea how to do t$$anonymous$$s?

Or if someone could help me figure out how to get my objects to continuously and smoothly orbit a sphere using rigidbodies, I would be open to that as well because that would take care of the collision "bounce" for me. I would need to be able to dynamically add new orbiting objects.
