Send String back from Java to C#

Hey guys,
How to send a string FROM java TO c#.
I have tried UnityPlayer.UnitySendMessage("GameObject","method","message to send"), but "message to send" is never sent !!
Most example I found were overiding the message by another one in c#,
like method(String message)
For IOS, we need to encode (utf8) the string. Am I missing something ? I need to send back some data received from a SOAP call in Java back to C#. Any help or critics will be really appreciated :)

Just to check the obvious, please bear with me. Does the GameObject you want to call have a script attached on it with the method that accepts a single string? What version of Unity are you on? Have you checked out the examples in the android plugin docs?

@statement Thank you for replying
I have figure it out, just made a stupid mistake
By the way I have been reading the unity android doc about it and it confuses me more than helping me. Why and How can they use JavaClass and not AndroidJavaClass

 using (JavaClass jc = new JavaClass("com.unity3d.player.UnityPlayer")) {
             jc.CallStatic("UnitySend$$anonymous$$essage", "$$anonymous$$ain Camera", "Java$$anonymous$$essage", "whoowhoo");

thank you again
