In game app store link - how to?

What would be the easiest way to add a popup window with an appstore link to the full version of our game? I assume this has been done hundreds of times but I can't find and code examples of how to do this.

Hey, I'm probably a bit late to the party, But I'll tell you what helped me with my game, I used this free plugin called polljoy(polljoy.com), for the more apps popUp. So I create a popup, when my users answer, they get rewarded and it gets them straight to the app store. We use that kind of popups a lot. Its quite easy to integrate.
