Move Terrain to a Different Positon

Question

hello. Ive placed my terrain dead center to close to the edge of my terrain but and I need to move what Ive made further back. How could I do this without having to recreate my terrain?

Select the terrain in the hierarchy... And push W... This'll activate the move tool.

Then you can move it.

ALSO, I have a feeling this might be your problem. $$anonymous$$ake sure you aren't in the play mode... Because that disables the tool if you're in the game menu haha. Good luck!

Thats not what I mean. Im tryng to move the parts of the terrain I made on to a different part of the terrain.

Do you mean like, the trees/brushes?

Oh, if so, no, you can't... Not from what I know atleast... You can duplicate the terrain and just instantiate it there at runtime, or you can just make a duplicate, and move it to where you want and make all the overlap flat/under the other...
