It's simple enough. Have a value on your car that stores the number of points and adds the value of the Point object to it's value. Ex:

 Car
 {
     int score;

     void OnTriggerEnter(Collision other)
     {
         Point point = other.GetComponent<Point>();
         if (point != null)
             score += point.value;
     }
 }

 Point
 {
     public int value = 1;
 }

It could be a lot more sophisticated, but this gives you a basic framework to at least add points to your car.

I specified what goes on what in the example. You should consider yourself lucky that I gave you even that much, as most of the time no one will give you help with a 'will you write me a script that does x' kind of question.

The only thing you need to add to the above is a GUI.Label to the Car so that it displays the value of score, like so:

 void OnGUI()
 {
     GUI.Label(new Rect(10,10,200,20), string.Format("Score: {0}", score));
 }

Additionally, you may wish to destroy the Point object after you award the point, like so:

 if (point != null)
 {
     score += point.value;
     Destroy(point.gameObject);
 }

In the future, however, please attempt to write some of your own code and come here for troubleshooting types of questions. The community isn't very eager to write free code for people. You caught me on a good day though... :)
