How do i change the player model look?

I want to make mlp game, but i don't know how to change the player look. i want to make it look like a pony, but i don't know how. Also, how do i get the animations? make the animations of movement? First question is most inportant! Thnx for you'r answer. To be more precised-i want to change the player model. Thank you :)

If you want to change the entire player model, I suggest creating multiple prefabs of different players, then spawn the correct one at runtime. If you are wondering how to create an animation for a pony, google "horse run cycle". It will come up with frame-by-frame pictures of a horse running. You can use this to help you animate. I'm not good at animation, and I animated a horse like this once and it came out nicely

Thnx, but, can you tell me more about the "multiple prefabs" and how do i "spawn the correct one at a runtime"? But more or less, ty, there 2 things are not understood for me :(
