Applying texture on another texture

Hello. I have a baground plane as a canvas and small new plane as image. When i click on stamp button, i need to apply the image on canvas. The image is applying on canvas but not at image position i.e.where the image is there on canvas. So i want to apply that image on canvas with the same position of image. how shoud i do this? this is my code..

 for(var l : int =0;l< newtexture.height ;l++ )
 {
     for(var k : int =0;k< newtexture.width ;k++)
     {
         //var Pixel1 = newtexture.GetPixel(k,l);
         //mainimage.SetPixel(k,l,Pixel1);
                     var compositeColor=newtexture.GetPixel( k,l); //get pixel of base Texture
                     var baseColor = mainimage.GetPixel(k,l);
                     var alpha=compositeColor.a;
                     var newRed=(1-alpha)*baseColor.r+alpha*compositeColor.r;
                     var newGreen=(1-alpha)*baseColor.g+alpha*compositeColor.g;
                     var newBlue=(1-alpha)*baseColor.b+alpha*compositeColor.b;
                     var newAlpha=baseColor.a+alpha;
                     var newColor=Color(newRed,newGreen,newBlue,newAlpha);

                     mainimage.SetPixel(k+pos.x*mainimage.width+120, l+pos.y * mainimage.height+60,newColor);                    //apply texture

     }
 }
 mainimage.Apply();
 canvas.renderer.material.mainTexture= mainimage;
