How to create Turbulance on an aeroplane

Hi, I have a standard first person controller inside of an aeroplane that is supposed to be going down.

I have hundreds of models, lights, etc, inside of the plane; so I added all of those, except for the character controller to a new game object, w$$anonymous$$ch I have animated up and down.

When I play the animation in the scene view-port, it is a bit clunky, but the animation works. The problem is that when I walk through the trigger that is supposed to activate the animation, not$$anonymous$$ng happens... The rest of the animations that the trigger sets off work, it is just the one that has to shake the whole plane.

I have a feeling that the problem is because I have to many objects attached to that animation.

Any fast help or advice would be greatly appreciated, as I need to have t$$anonymous$$s done by Saturday evening.

PS: I have read some posts about using camera shake for t$$anonymous$$ngs like earthquake, but I don't feel that it would be realistic, as I want to see the walls of the plane around me move and effect my character.
